Hello! I'm Mó, but people call me Mente. I'm a multimedia producer and internet personality based in the USA and Dominican Republic. I specialize in creating content with a humorous twist. I'm the creator of La Mente Open, a digital project that addresses social issues through humor and comedy.
My skills in producing, directing, scripting and editing are mainly geared towards creating content that is entertaining, uplifting, and has a good message. Working with me means not only achieving your goals, but doing so in the most fun and dynamic way.
My art marries education, entertainment, and social advocacy, having garnered a communitiy of 60k+ followers and 10M+ views. Additionally, I have a background in social advocacy work in the Caribbean, events production, and teaching.

Who is La Mente Open?
Mente has been featured in Mitú magazine, collaborated with organizations like Planned Parenthood, Vote for Abortion, SEIU, and has been a guest panelist for events like Six on Broadway Talkback and New Media Ventures.
La Mente Open (she/her) is my internet personality and social media project. Through Mente, I challenge societal norms by creating conversations about “difficult”, “spicy” and/or “taboo” topics that are often deemed prohibited. I seek to educate and entertain audiences by using humor, satire, music, and other forms of art to address relevant social issues in Latin America and around the world.
My work encourages people to understand that these topics are simple enough for everyone to talk about and relevant to us all. What better way to approach these conversations than through humor and comedy?
